To take the online exam, participants need a PC equipped with a camera, microphone, and internet access. The PC must have the Chrome browser installed. Additionally, a mobile device with a front-facing camera is required. The exam will be conducted via the Chrome browser.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a link and instructions on how to access the exam within 2 working days. The exam will be conducted via the Chrome browser.

A proctor will be present to verify your ID and check your environment. Once the exam begins, you must remain on the exam screen and will not be allowed to reference any other materials outside of what is provided on-screen.

You can view your results immediately after completing the exam. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to purchase the exam.

If you pass the exam, your certification will be sent to the email address used for the purchase within three business days.

You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase. A separate email containing the link and instructions for joining the exam will be sent within two business days. If you do not receive either email, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find them, contact us at info@kstqb.org.
